Auf den Lachs etwas Balsamico-Essig geben und verreiben. Im Anschluss die Fisch Ahoi drüber auf beiden Seiten.
Jetzt das Gemüse waschen. Die Tomaten klein schneiden und mit Butter in Pfanne köcheln. Den Brokkoli im Anschluss mit in die Pfanne geben. Das Ganze schön langsam einkochen. Die Tomaten geben von allein Flüssigkeit ab, es muss also nichts in die Pfanne dazugeben werden.
Der Lachs ist perfekt nach 20 Minuten bei 180 Grad.
